The fatigue from playing basketball for 3+ hours everyday and lifting afterwards finally caught up to me. I played tennis on Saturday and I felt so weak. The only time I've ever felt like this was when I was trying to get to 132 weight class by going on that salad tofu water diet. Which was probably the dumbest decision I've ever made.
