Slept like 4 hours last night. I need sleep desperately.

Squat:
485 x 3
495 x 3 @ 10 (+10 PR)
505 x 3 @ 10 (+20 PR)



Pause Squats:
405 x 3 @ 3sec, @ 10
425 x 3 @ 3sec, @ 10+

gassed hard.

Zercher Squats:
225 x 8
275 x 8, 8

Finished with two rounds of plyos and bosu ball transversus.
