Despite doing biceps+triceps, I did not look good with the prowler.
2.75 trips with 50lbs w/ ball slams after each set
Quads wouldn't fire during the 3rd trip so I stopped like 2 or 3 times (read personal problems)
After laying down for a while...
3 trips with no weight
My conditioning is pretty bad.
