Dirty sets apparently.
Banded-resisted Squats (Greens):
225 x 5
235 x 5
245 x 5
Pause Squats:
245 x 3
265 x 3
275 x 2 + 1 F.
Transversus Abs, Ball Hyperextensions, PNF.
Grueling workout.
