Push Press:

140x9 PR
Close-Grip Bench:
185x6, 6, 6 (suprisingly difficult after OH pressing)
Barbell Row:
135x10
155x10x4
Hammer Curls:
30's for 3 sets
Good PR on the Push Press today. The Close Grip Benches were interesting, as 1. I had to adjust my grip to accomodate to my new set-up, and 2. my delts were exhausted.
If my back exercise weights seem a little off right now, its because I'm focusing on working my mid-back harder. It's been a neglected area for quite some time b/c I've just been slinging the weights around and my rear delts/low back took the brunt of the stress.
