5.3.10--Squat

Squat:
warmups
195x5x3
205x5x2 PR
I'd just like to say that the second rep of my second set at 195 was the best squat I've ever done in my life (form-wise).

Band Lightened Squats (Purples):
275x3
295x3x2

Lunges:
I came out of retirement for the lunges. Kept the weight light and reps low so I can transition back into it.
85x3 each leg
75x4 each leg
85x4 each leg

Plyos:
lateral jumps and box step ups jumps

Weigh In:
172... guess it wasn't the 5 glasses of water yesterday.

Congratulations on that second rep of that second set on that third day of May, 2010. Perhaps that rep will prove itself be the turning point of your young squatting career.
