Make-up workout for missing last night.
Bench:
275 x 3
285 x 3
295 x 3
285 x 3
275 x 3, 3
These did not feel so awesome today. I'm not sure if I'm just tired or overtrained or weak. Past workouts have seemed better.
Incline Bench:
225 x 5
245 x 5
265 x 2.9 + .1f
Allllmost got the last 265 but the spotter helped.
Dips:
four sets of bw til failure
Cut the accessory work since I have to bench again on Saturday
