Front Shoulder Raises
2 sets of: 12 reps (w/ 15s hammer) -> 12 reps (w/ 20bb palms up)

Rear Delt Flys
2 sets of : 5 reps (w/ 15s) -> 5 reps (w/ 10s)

Lateral Delt Raises
10s x 10 reps, 10s x 8 reps + 2f
