I have never done these before and had no idea to do.
So I did 5+ sets at 95lbs to get the form down which I finally accomplished by the end.
Close-Grip Bench superset Weighted Pull Ups

Skullkrushzr superset Curls
same 70lb EZ-bar, 3 sets each
these were fun -- for the ultimate arm PAMP!
