Hamstring stretches (Need to do these twice a week for maximal awesomeness)
300x5 today was a good solid PR. Reps 1-4 were hard, but rep 5 was mysteriously easier. Dunno about that. Gonna hit 315 next week and see how many reps I get.

Not sure about those PNF stretches anymore. I woke up this morning with a searing pain on the posterior lateral portion of my knee - so much so that I had trouble walking for about the first 30 minutes of the day. Vitamin I and Biofreeze helped it, but I think I may need to tone that extreme stretching down a little lol.
That's definitely not supposed to happen. It sounds like your stretching partner pushed you too far. There should be no pain during the stretch, especially behind the knees (some discomfort is natural since it is stretching). Were you using a bent-leg stretching position? Also, is it only for one leg?
Yeah, I think Greg may have stretched the left leg a little too far. He was using more of a straight leg position, and my legs hyperextend really easily. Most likely the problem there lol, because when we did it before I had no problem with it.
