I started the Texas Method last week during midterms because I didn't have time to go in throughout the week. It's going well so far. Sunday is volume day, tuesday is recovery day, and thursday is intensity where you work up to a heavy single, double or triple.

Thanks ben ! I lift sundays around 3, tuesdays at 5 and thursdays either 1pm or 5pm.
