Another classic wake-up-and-lift training day.
Bench:

Not really feeling so hot on the bench right now. Left rotator cuff felt nasty until I warmed it up. Could be over-training, but I think I'm just not used to the volume.
3-board:

Floor Press:
245 x 5, 5, 5
Finished with 5 sets of chin ups
Much harder than expected after all the prior pressing.
