I'm back from my retirement to bench again

I'm going wider grip from now on, maybe it will make my elbows hurt less.

Machine Shrugs
4 plates x 20 x 3

Abs

Weigh In: 156 lbs
I'm gaining weight, and I wonder how I will be able to get back down to 148
