Lost balance on 3rd rep. Depth was also questionable (pretty sure 2nd rep was the best one). Strength was there to lock them all out but technique needs work.

Finished w/ foam roller transversus, reverse ball hypers and stretching.

lol where did the extra 3 red lights come from? I only counted 3 reps
Dave, that's what you said about my 385x3! Where I CLEARLY hit depth. I'll admit the first rep of every set sucked but I know I depth on one of those. And thanks Luke. Something must have happened when I uploaded it the first time. Check it now.
He hit 9 reds for all reps being high plus an extra 3 for falling back on the third rep.
@Mis: Your 365 was at depth, 385 was .5" high and the last set was 1.5" high. You're right that the first one was deepest though, I think.
I'll make the next PR session look pretty. From now on, NO MORE PRs WITHOUT VIDEO!
