So lower back was still tired, but everything else felt great. Should be back in the saddle on Monday.

Out of curiosity, do you pause your any of your benching exercises?
Dave, I take a nap under the bar, wake up and press it like baby weight.
I was just curious what your training is like and if you vary pausing at all.
i see you neglected the strict curl in this training session. better keep working the curl... i'm coming for you phillip.
Brent, you cannot defeat my ultimate curl strategy of "never train your biceps".
Dave, the answer is "it depends". On flat bench I typically do touch-and-go. With dumbbells I usually pause. With overhead press I always pause.
