I've started dieting fo realz and doing longer cardio. We'll see if it pays off. Or I will be a 220. That would suck really hard.
Got Deirdre to try the knee wraps. Easiest set of squats ever. She lost all the blood to her calves. It was awesome.
• Cardio - bike ?? bpm x 30 mins
• Flexibility - lower back, gastroc, soleus, hamstrings, seated groin, hip flexors, IT band

Time: 1:45? Back didn't feel amazing. It just needs some quality time (~1 week) without any heavy load to heal up fully.
• Squat 230x3 (50), 275x3x2 (60), 320x3x2 (70), 345x2x4 (70)
• Bench 165x3 (55), 195x3x2 (65), 225x3x6 (75)
• Dumbell bench 50x10x5
• Good mornings 135x5x5
Started with 185 but realized there was no point, 135 felt much better on the back.
