Front Squat Day

Front Squats:
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 5
335 x 5

Had a weird set up on the first rep of my last set, and though I wasn't going to get any, but I fixed my form and finished it. Not sure what I did wrong though, which is unsettling.

Pause Squats:
225 x 2 @ 6 sec
275 x 2 @ 6 sec
315 x 2 @ 6 sec
335 x 2 @ 6 sec
365 x 1 @ 6 sec

I tried these high bar, which felt ok, I still don't know what to do with my hands; the bar feels all loose up top. The last set didn't feel so great on the lower back (probably too heavy for now), so I stopped

Cleans:
135 x 5
155 x 5
203 x 4

Stopped again because of the back.


Finished with some box jumps (felt surprisingly good?) and transversus.
