1. 5/21/09 - Thu - SHEIKO #26

Weight: 210. At Wooden, so this is 'official' weight. This was after a workout that I drank a lot of water at.

Squat 135x5x4, 225x3 (50), 275x3x2 (60), 325x2x3 (70)

Bench 155x3 (50), 180x3x2 (60), 210x2x3 (70)

2. 5/20/09 - Wed - CARDIO

Cardio - bike 45 mins
