So, I have all of my workouts written out for the next 2 weeks or so. Today I accidentally chose one that was not todays, but the highest volume workout I have written...Oops. It went ok though. Good squats.

Jerk 112/2 x 2 pretty easy, happy
Cl. Pull 123/2 x 2 135/2 x 3 150/1 x 3 Wow I am a pussy, this was SUPER heavy. Lol
Came back in the evening for:
Back squat 140/2 150/2 160/6 x 4 Pretty easy, only the very last rep was hard. Floored me afterward, actually, but I nailed this.
