BICEPS/CARDIO/FLEXIBILITY


Weight: 209. Time: 1:15.

  Weight starting to go in the right direction.

"Strict" curl 155x1

Following the example set for strict curls by Brent and Dave--that is, not strict at all. I stopped when I realized how stupid it was.

Cardio - bike 40 mins

Stretching - gastroc, soleus, hamstrings, seated groin, hip flexors, seated glute, adductors 

on machine

Adductors tight today and everything feels like ass. I think I'm a little overtrained because I haven't been sleeping well either. Good news is back just feels tired, not injured/sore.


Judge Nathan gives me 3 white lights on all curls. (Why not?)

Also, there was some girl doing cardio in a skirt that I saw *taping her laptop* to the elliptical so she could watch a movie hands-free.

WTF, I didn't even max out - I tripled your previous max. I'll give it the business next time I'm at 4-star.

Dave, I know you're really bad at basic math and all, but 130 (you) < 140 (me#1) < 155 (Nathan) < 160 (me#2)

Clearly if I can do 130 x 3, then I'm good for more than that. Also, you mis-added your 140 earlier as 135.

Dave, I know you're getting old and senile and all, but it was 140 (real) that I thought was 145.
