P. Sn. + OHS 72/2+2 x 2 85/2+2 x 3
Snatch 80/3 x 3 90/2 x 4 missed very first one
Sn. Pull 102/2 x 3 112/2 x 3
Back squat 140/2 150/2 170 - 5, failed opn first rep of 2nd set
came back for:
Back squat 175 - 4+1 rest-paused the last rep. Then I realized I put on 385 (3 plates and a 35) instead of 375 (170kg), so I switched the weight and got:
Back squat 170 - 5,5,3+fail
Not bad. I'm excited for Monday when I get to try 405 4x4.

that's some strong squatting!
I have to keep up in at least one lift to stay competitive on the blog!
I'm really tempted to bench, but I can't bring myself to do it.
Well, back in the day when the Press was an Olympic lift weight-lifters used to bench. I'd say that incline bench and standing presses could help your jerk (for the strength component of the lift).
Some oly programs still include bench as well, but there has definitely been a major shift in the physique of olympic lifters since the press was removed. Now they are all pansies. Jake included, in case that wasn't clear.
Seriously, Bill Starr was built as hell for a 181-er
Like Phil said, the inclines could probably help if you do decide to bench. You might want to close-grip on the inclines to aid in tricep development (and to lessen the pectoral involvement).
