These were nowhere near as fast as they were last week. I'm not sure if it's the cardio or the weight loss, but it wasn't very reassuring. At least I can grind 600 up reliably...

On cleans I think your double was with 211, and your single was definitely with 221.
What are you planning on going at the FitExpo Dave? 600/400/700?
Something like that. It will depend on how hard the weight-cut / weight-loss affects me the day of the meet.
I look forward to seeing your 1700 total Dave. I'm assuming that you're taking this week off from training as well?
