Can't do a deadlift workout without being a dick about it. Wanted to hit 445 to one-up Vit's deadlift at the meet (which is why I mistakenly said it in the video), but Luke suggested 455 because we could not fit 445 on the bar. Got it anyways. Very happy about the PR, and a little sorry for being so mean to Vit.
