Standing Press
4x5 at 95 lbs
Floor Press
4x8 at 105 lbs
Dips
4x15
Wide Grip Pull-Ups
4x8 (more or less)
Rows
4x5 at 120 lbs
Gonna do the same amount for dips, pull ups, and rows next time because I struggled so much on them today.
