12/24/10 Bench Assistance

The gym was closed today by the time I got there, so I had to do these at home.

Standing Press:
102 x 5
112 x 5
112 x 5
122 x 2 + 3 push presses
112 x 5

Pause Bench:
110 x 5
130 x 5
140 x 5
140 x 4 + 1 spot

Barbell Rows:
135 x 8
145 x 8
145 x 8

Push-ups, 3 sets to failure.
