lol never fear Chad Smith Just wrote this book called the "juggernaut program" its like 5/3/1 but periodized into a 9 or 12 week program.. im doing the 9 week which fits in with the meet.. i'll go down into reps of 2 and 3 in 9 weeks.. I most did it because I messed up my SI joint again and i cant squat in the 400+ range weekly and pull 500+ while my hip is recovering, so this program worked well..and took 2 weeks off lower body again, hip is feeling alot better but I'm starting PT tomorrow... hopefully it helps.
