Finished with Reverse hypers and GHR abs while listening to Dean's wise words about flexibility and improving form (Dean also pulled a pretty fast 459 today).

Good to hear your lockout is getting stronger. Do you think the band-lightened work has helped it?
I think it's a combination of heavy dumbbell rows, gmops, and band-lightened work from the past 3 or 4 weeks.
Your deadlifts were looking good today Vit. Keep it up!
