Squat Machine
180x12, 180x20, 180x20
-> glutes still super sore from Monday

Deadlifts
135x5, 135x5, 165x10
-> feels good, didn't go heavy

Hey Vit!! Achilles tendons are feeling good. I'll try going heavy again after spring break!
