475 x 5 (+10 PR)



Pause Squat:
405 x 3 @ 3 sec
435 x 3 @ 3 sec
455 x 3 @ 3 sec (+20 PR)

Zercher Squat:
225 x 8
275 x 8
295 x 8 (+20 PR)

Finished with ball transversus and box jumps. Pretty good PR day overall.
