Deadlift 3

Deadlift:

605 x 1
665 x 3 (+10 PR)



Deadlift off blocks:
385 x 1

I was pretty gassed. no more deadlifting.

Zercher Squats:
275 x 5, 5, 5, 5

These felt strangely good today. My upper back / lower traps are killing me right now from them.

Finished with some hamstring curls, banded hypers, floor sweepers and stretching.

Same stance as before, I think. Maybe I just got wider, haha? I don't go as wide as some sumo pullers because my drive off the ground gets weaker the wider I go.
