Another good squat session. I got antsy today and needed to go squat something. 305 is the most I have done in the heels so far and it felt pretty good. I just need to remember to not fold midway through, and to let my legs power me up instead of my back. The power cleans felt pretty amazing in the heels, and my technique was 10x better than before. No longer a reverse curl.

How do you like the heeled shoes compared to chucks? Also, what brand are they?
They are VS brand I think. They feel pretty good on squats - it's really easy to hit depth and they force you to stay a lot more upright (no squat-mornings). They feel awesome on front squats and cleans, and really crappy on deadlifts. I'm not sure if they would be a good idea for equipped lifting though.
I'm sure you just have to get used to them for equipped lifting. Almost all the top national/world level lifters use heeled shoes for squats.
