Form comments:

You flared your feet more on the 375, which was good. You might try a tad bit wider if it feels right.

I would try to get closer to the bar when starting. Really pull yourself into it so your torso is as close to the bar as possible.

Your lockout form was much better on the lighter set, but you still didn't hitch with 375 which is impressive. I'm not sure if you were totally locked out though. Make sure you really push the glutes through and roll the shoulders back at the top.

Overall looks good though.
