Front Squat:
155x6, 6, 6 (focused on form again)
Standing Calf:

GHR Abs:
15, 15
Summer school is starting, and I didnt want to think too much about what I was going to do training-wise. So I just plugged #'s into my Excel spreadsheet, and I'm going to get to work on Squat, Overhead Press, Front Squat, and Bench.
