4-2-10 Return of the Deadlift

Deadlift sumo, no belt

290 x 2
300 x 2

Deadlifts felt fine. This was the first time I did them in about 4 or 5 weeks I think due to back pain, finals and spring break. I skipped GMOPs because I'm still scared of them because they hurt my shoulder.

Hyperextensions
35 pound plate x 20 reps x 3 sets

Dumbbell Pull Through
40 x 12 x 4
