Well benching strength seems to be coming back quite nicely, whereas my squatting strength is still limited a bit by my left hip. It's weak when flexing out of the bottom, so that's a correction I need to focus on. Also, did high-bar squats to spare my lower back.

What happened to your minimum squat, wasn't it 275?
Yeah, it is. I figured that I might risk tweaking something if I went any higher than 255 today though. Staying healthy > Daily Minimum.
Besides, that's the great thing about squatting so frequently. If I have a crappy session one time, I can afford to back off a little and go heavier the next day.
Your workouts still make no sense to me ;)
