Typical

Deadlift
290 x 5
330 x 3
370 x 1
225 x 10 x 2
235 x 10 x 3
Want to make a note that I think I'm starting to figure out preloading the bar, since the first 290 was actually easier than the warmups leading up to it. Of course, no consistency because the next two sets did not feel this easy.

Hamstring curls, calves, abs
all 5 sets of 10 at weights I don't remember

Also, thinking of adding some cardio starting next week during the deload and continuing throughout the next few cycles, if for no other reason than to look like Goku
