I just wasn't going low enough at 185 and dropped it to try to get lower. I still need work on my form.

My last set felt really good and I was trusting myself to drop lower.

Broad Jumps x 6 sets

That's a good call on the squats. It's always an ego boost when you can add more weight. At the same time it doesn't mean shit if you're form isn't where it should be.

Yea i think i need to drop the weight and just go high reps until I get my form down. It may take me some time but it'll work out better I'm sure.
