Went pretty early with Arthur today because he had some stuff to do. I really need to eat more before training on the weekend, because I was utterly exhausted by the time we got to dips. Especially since my triceps were already working hard on the 2 previous presses.
Also, saw Ben benching it up in the gym. He hit an easy 135x3 touch-n-go, which is awesome progress. Keep it up Ben!

You were probably exhausted from doing 97 work set reps by the time you got to dips. Your volume levels are a bit ridiculous these days, haha.
Yeah, that was probably it. My pecs and shoulders are super sore today, while my triceps are only moderately tender.
I like the enthusiasm for volume, but ever thought of hitting something heavier (like 80% doubles, 85% singles) then dropping down and hitting the volume?
Well, I am doing a heavier day in the neighborhood of 3-5 reps for 3 sets. So the volume is alternated during the week (~40 working reps as opposed to ~150 working reps) rather than just doing high volume all the time.
