3/31 Bench

Bench Press:
205x3, 3, 3

Shoulder Press:
135x5, 5, 5

Dips:
55x5, 5, 5

All good stuff. It seems like my benching and squatting strength suffers the most from long lay-offs of training. They are right in the zone where they need to be to make good gains though.
