4.9.11 Bench Assistance

Haven't done a Bench Assist workout in months due to my shoulder injury. Reps/weight kind of all over the place.

Military press (sitting)
45 x 5
55 x 5
65 x 2
55 x 3 x 2

Bent-over Rows
60 x 10
70 x 10 x 2
70 x 20

(went for reps b/c my shoulder started hurting)

Close-grip pin press
65 x 5 x 2
75 x 5 x 2

Triceps, Biceps, Flies

Abs
lots of leg raises making sure to lift the lower back off chair = death
