What is your 5/3/1 routine now?
I did 5/3/1 for a long time and had good gains.. Throwing strongman in and speed work, which wendler doesn't recommend. I figured I'd do it because I know it works until I get to school and can lift with you guys.
I would also advise against strongman accessory movements for the most part. They are very hard on the joints. You need special genetics to take that kind of beating and keep going.
