8/23 Squat

Week 1 Cycle 2

Squat:
215x5
245x5
285x10 PR (Apparently first 5 were deep, last five got progressively more shallow)

Front Squat:
165x5
185x5, 5

Cheat Curl:
95x5
105x5
115x5

And that's all. This squatting cycle will be a lot harder than the other one, and my reps shouldn't be as high.

Also, figured out why my calves are growing - Walking to and from Ralph's every 3 days carrying a crapload of groceries.
