11.5.09--Speed Bench

Band Assisted Bench:

Close Grip Bench:
95x5
115x5
125x5
135x4 (failed on the fifth)

Shoulder Isolation--Koala Lifts:
using 5's in each hand, 3 sets of 10 straight, 10 at 45 degrees, and 10 at 180 degrees on an incline bench.
