11/02/09 Max Bench

Bench:
warmups
265 x 1 (a little slower than I would have liked)
275 x 1 (this was easier and quicker than 265)
285 x 1 (the minimalist of fails, reached my normal sticking point at between a 2/3 board got a slight nudge and then locked it out...soo close...)

Seated DB Shoulder Press:
70 x 8 for 3 sets

Cable Tricep Pushdown:
3 sets of 10
