Luke, as shown by your effort in reverse-band work, you have a very good lockout (i.e. strong top portion of the bench motion). To be honest, you have been a big perpetrator of the touch-n-go method - which explains your weakness in the lower portion of the bench motion. If you really focus on maintaining a static pause at the bottom, and on pec, and delt (particularly front)accessory movements you will see a huge improvement in your bench.
Luke's crimes against "pause" humanity have been well documented and will no longer be tolerated.
