Subsequent lack of progress

Should not have deadlifted 2 days after squatting

250 x 5
290 x 5
330 x 5
225 x 10 x 5
GMOP
135 x 10 x 5
Kept these light since my lower back felt fried. Also decided to lower the pins by one level for the last set for a stretch.
