Finished off with banded abs on glute-ham and hanging leg raises.
This is the first time I've done stability bench. I definitely need to do more of it, as I feel like I'm not as stable as I should be, especially with heavier weight.

Which bands did you use to suspend them?
yeahhh. i used the greens. i imagine using the purples would make it even tougher? ...but i didnt want to risk damaging them. he only has like 3 purple bands but like 10 green ones, so yeah.
