Did this at 4 Star in El Segundo. Took me 20 minutes to find the damn place. Def. a hole-in-the-wall gym, but good place to train. Also, Brent, let me know about training on Tuesday/Thursday around 6:00-ish.

Nuts, quads were just too tired to get this. Get it next week.
Dumbbell Bench Press:
130s, 6/5/5
Pretty good, minimal loss of strength on these over the break.
Chin-ups:
BW + 35 lbs, 3 x 3
BW, 2 x 5

Phil,
I saw that your name was written in on the membership sheet for the month of January. Did you talk to the owner already? It was crazy because I was like, hmmm I wonder when Phil is gonna get here and then one of the guys was like is his name Phillip Russell? And that's when I saw your name on the sheet.
Anyways, I normally train upper back on Tuesdays with my little brother at LA Fitness back home and Thursdays I take off. But, I'll let you know if I change things around. We also do DE Bench on Saturdays, are you available then?
