Yeah, I read that today. That is basically my plan right now.

Breakfast: 4 eggs, big bowls of rice and oatmeal, fruit, and juice

Lunch: 2-3 burgers or 3 chicken breasts, pasta, beans, rice, whatever

Snack: sandwich of some sort (peanut butter, turkey)

Dinner: Same as lunch

Post-Workout: 2 BCafe sandwiches

Comes out to at least 5000 kcal a day (more depending on food selection)

Everything sounds great except the post workout meal of 2 BCafe sandwiches. Gotta save me some swipes kylie...I'm gonna come visit you and I'm gonna be hungry.

Especially this part:
This was what I ate pretty much on a daily basis way back when. I've since changed that up since finding out that I was borderine diabetic(gee, I wonder why?). I'm a bit more aware of what food is beneficial and which is crap. I don't recommend doing what I did to break that 300lb mark and beyond.

BTW, I ate a bagel tonight. 181.7 here I come!

LOL @ Brent. Well, I have a few girls on my floor that have 19p so they can feed me in the later part of the quarter. That means you can have a sandwich.
