SHEIKO #11


Weight: 213. Time: 1:45.

  I came in today feeling beat up after Tuesday and didn't get much sleep at all since I flew into Boston. This was a heavy day, so it was a little rough, but I didn't miss a rep. So I'll take it.

Bench 145x3 (50), 170x3 (60), 200x3 (70), 230x3x2 (80), 240x2x3 (85)

Deadlift 270x3 (50), 325x3 (60), 380x2x2 (70), 435x3x2 (80), 460x2x2 (85)

Belted last sets at 435 and 460. I got a little greedy and didn't properly warm up my adductors, which were sore from squatting. I pulled them a little at 270, but managed to keep it from getting any worse through the rest of the sets.

  I almost missed the second rep of my first set at 460. Because of being tired and sick, I wasn't mentally focused at all. I pulled my head out of my ass for the second set and demolished it.
